The Forces Behind Obama: Soros And Acorn »
Posted By pc25 2 months, 4 weeks ago in NewsWhile he is a skilled candidate, Barack Obama's ability to surprise, stun and sweep over the vaunted Clinton Machine to capture the Democratic nomination was rooted in his background as a community organizer. He's now turning those skills to the general election.

Speaking of Mr. Obama's relationship to ACORN, here are two YouTube presentations featuring excerpts from ACORN's last convention and some supplemental information about their relationship to the Democrat candidate
some rather disturbing video here concerning ACORN here.......
Do we really want these people running the government — and worse, our lives?

If you watched these videos, and you are not registered to vote. please register, and vote. These people will get their people registered, but they won't come to your house. They are serious about the redistribution of your wealth. They have nothing to give you, but they will take you for, some studies believe Obama will raise, your taxes by 25%. I cannot afford that, can you? These peoplee will vote their dead, and multi-vote and do anything they can to elect that old Marxist, Barak Hueesin Obama. Please vote.

Ooops.. Sorry for the positive. I thought you were talking about all those lying Repugnant Cons who go around registering people to vote, but then throw away all the people who checked 'democrat' on their registration slip.
Please, people, register to vote. Then we can end corporate welfare, the *real* socialist problem of today.

I'm right there with you ani, these are scary people and Obama is the scariest. He will say anything and do anything to become president just to destroy this country. Does that sound outrageous? Maybe so but that is what he would do if elected.

Campaign finance reform hasn't prevented Soros and Co. from using money to influence the political process. Indeed, they're using McCain-Feingold as cover from public scrutiny.
John Fund is always a great read. Too bad that not enough people read him.

Peter B. Lewis is the Chairman of Progressive. Soros does not own or control Progressive. Lewis is not as vocal as Soros. However, pretty much matches what Soros does politically.
Contributions (from Wikipedia): America Coming Together and MoveOn.org (with George Soros matching his $10 and $2.5 million, respectively)

Australian pornographer Rupert Murdock owns the most viewed US news service, Fox, and newspapers such as the wall-street journal.
Karl Rove is a current employee.
Murdock worked against Obama in the dem nomination, even contributing to Clinton's campaign.
Groups such as Acorn and Moveon will try to get the truth out about Barack Hussein Obama; how he is a moderate, patriotic, christian American who wants to fix what is breaking down around us now.
Groups such as Fox and the WSJ will try to fear and smear him.
Will truth win? Lies have a good solid batting average in american elections.
Murdock vs Soros; Fox vs Moveon;
it looks bad for Obama.
Don't you love that part of the movie?

I have some personal experience with ACORN. They are not fun people. I have watched that harrass, intimidate and heckle voters. I have seen them try to funnel people through the voting booths. In your zeal to present what you think is two sides to the coin, you should understand that ACORN is a criminal enterprise.

I admit I don't know the measure of how 'fun' the Acorn people are. I have not read up on them.
In my zeal to present the truth I ignored them as not on the scale of Moveon or Fox or the WSJ.
But you obviously speak from some personal experience with ACORN; and I believe you. I look forward to seeing them hauled away to a swift and just prosecution.
After all, there is nothing more loathsome to democracy, than trying to frighten and intimidate voters.

"Will truth win?"
That's a good question. There are always three sides to every story. Side A, Side B, and then there's the truth.

I know the New Yorker Cover on the mag coming out soon is satire, but did you read the article? Whoever wrote it is not privy to the names of all the corrupt Machines Democrat Politicians, but any one familiar with Chicago politics will see in a nanosecond Obama has surrounded himself with the most corrupt of the corrupted. His halo certainly is slipping. I suggest everyone read both Obama's books, and the N Yer article before they go to the voting booth in November.

Typical neocon hit job on Barack Obama. You all would just as soon go to hell (and you probably will) than see a Black man in the white house!
You support war criminals and terrorists, wealthy thieves and liars, morally bankrupt hypocrites because you have the same mindset, and you actually think you're better than Barack Obama and know what's best for this country. No wonder we're going down the tubes faster than sh#t flushes down the toilet.

Hey pc25, Isn't it amazing how negative, racist and downright loathsome liberals are. I sometimes come away depressed after reading the depressing, world ending diatribes they post on Propeller.

"you actually think you're better than Barack Obama and know what's best for this country."
you actually think you're better than "typical white folk" and know what's best for this country.
Now call me a cigar chomping cracker like Obama and get over it.

It's amazing that everyone is ignoring McCain's history of corruption, lobbyist funding, cheating on his wife, leaving his former wife after she was disfigured, ignorance on foreign policies, ignorance on economics, ignorance on technology, and even ignorance on what the current gas price is. He's joking about killing Iranians, calling Putin the leader of Germany, and claiming the streets in Iraq are safe enough to walk without escort (Then to "prove his point" endangers American soldiers' lives forcing them to escort him down an Iraqi street followed by helicopters, tanks, bulletproof vest and a fleet of unwilling US soldiers)
Don't we need someone a little more educated on the issues facing Americans. McCain claims to know what is best for Americans, but just like Bush...he isn't listening.

Obama Meets Party Donors in New York
Amid intensifying presidential musings by Mr. Obama and Mrs. Clinton, Mr. Obama met with George Soros, the liberal billionaire philanthropist, then some other donors last night at Mr. Soros's offices.
Mr. Soros, an early supporter, was the host of a fund-raiser during Mr. Obama's campaign for the Senate in 2004, said Michael Vachon, a senior aide to Mr. Soros.

"No one paid much attention to this at the time".
I paid attention.
I keep a list of liberal billionaire philanthropists,
so I can monitor what they are up to.
It's a small list.
But seriously, people, you are going to have to be specific; is it wrong for billionaire philanthropists to support candidates?
The money from the 'investing classes' has traditionaly gone to the republican side of the fence; and not without reason.
Or is Soros more sinister than Murdock or the Coors family or the Hensley Family or the Bush Family?
Ok, so Soros is a rebel.
The world could USE a few more liberal billionaire philanthropists.

Wolfie20072 months, 4 weeks ago
No, it's not wrong for billionaire philanthropists to support candidates but when some of those billionaires are Marxists like Soros and Lewis then I think it would be intelligent to note to which candidate they send their dollars and what they are asking in return. Of course, if you are a like minded Marxist then you will be happy about this, I assume.

December after the election:
Television screens darken across america.
Then slowly brighten, to reveal a stage lit by an eerie fire, - its a flag burning, and in front of it, the shadowed form of Barak Hussein Obama!
He stares into the camera blankly, like a thug caught on a security tape, - then smiles evily, and holds up his arms.
In one, 'Das Capital' by Karl Marx; in the other, - a can of gasoline!
If only we had listened to PC25 and Wolfie and Aniokly! They seemed so inept and hateful and nonsensical at the time, how could we know?

I'm encouraged that progressives actually have a strategy for taking back the country that's been stolen from the everyday American by the neocon nutjobs. The damage done to this country and the world by Bush and his neocon cronies is devastating; but with determination, people who actually care about human progress like Soros, Acorn, and SOME democrat politicians will be able to bring about change. It's time to give Karl Rove and Co. the boot from the mainstream.
