Sometimes he goes by the name of BellSouth and at other times he is known as AOL-Time-Warner. Big brother goes by a lot of names. He is listening to you while you talk and watching you while you type. Everything you say could be recorded so he can look at it somewhere down the line.

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

I posted a new video, "Shock and Awe: CNN fake is not real - LiveVideo.com" at http://www.propeller.com/story/2008/07/28/shock-and-awe-cnn-fake-is-not-real-livevideocom/ Or try http://tinyurl.com/5a29yf It proves that CNN had prior knowedge of the World Trde Center demolition, and I included a video which could convict all the major television networks and some local tv stations in New York City. I would like someone to bring criminal charges against the tv networks or perhaps a law suit. There is no better way to end the conspiracy of silence, although I admit the dangers.

If given the choice, people would be smart to choose QWEST, who did not 'cooperate' with spying.

I use a VOIP service. Not sure how secure that is. However, it might be something for people to look into. Very cost efficient... free long distance, monthly charge of 25 dollars a month and that's it. Of course, they may be less secure then the most common setup... I don't know.

Nothing is secure when the Government runs rough shod over the populace. Still the Voice Over Internet Protocol (for those who may not know what VOIP means) is one great way to save some hard earned cash.

Yes were all being watched by the boogieman. You know liberals complain about the right using scare tactics. What do you call this?

I was unable to download the article after numerous attempts. Nor did reducing my security settings help. Finally, I downloaded http://www.clarksvilleonline.com/2008/06/28/jus...

I know this for a fact...

About 3 1/2 yrs ago I was on the cell phone leaving a message to my son...alot of cussing involved, as I was unhappy with him. I was about to diconnect and a voice from the other side said " is that anyway to talk", Now mind you this was going to be a recorded message !

Yep , I was pretty freaked out .

For some reason this made me think of the episode of Burn notice when his phone was being tapped.

He sat down at the table with a bunch of magazines and called people and left cryptic messages involving things he read off of the ads. An ad said "10% off of everything June 27" and he left a message "June 27. 10%. Red."

He figures if they are going to tap his phones, they might as well have to spend hours figuring out what it is he is up to.

I don't like the idea of being spied on but if someone really wants to listen in to my mundane conversations I sure hope they are enjoying themselves. Really, in today's society there isn't much tat you do that isn't being watched by some one. They know how much you earn and when and where you spend it. They know what medications you are taking, they even know what news papers you read. I think it must be a pretty boring job spying on people because most of us don't do anything worth watching.

When it comes to personal conversations, that's just what they are...personal. Even if I don't say anything incriminating, I don't want MY government spying on me. Period! This is something to fight for, a basic right to privacy.
