The Taliban tortured Abdul Rahim Abdul Razak al Ginco, saying he was a U.S. spy. Then the U.S. sent him to Guantanamo, saying he was a terrorist. Now Ginco is asking a federal court to order his release - the first detainee to file for a hearing since the Supreme Court ruled Guantanamo detainees have the right to file habeas corpus petitions.
