I was surprised they did before. It's hard to imagine this would make them change their minds.

Some say that people are known by the company they keep.

Look here to see Lieberman partying with John Hagee's CUFI crowd:

        He starts speaking at 5:30.

Who set Lieberman up to be in charge of sensorship? Someone needs to tell Senator Lieberman that this is America, with freedom of speech!

        Thanks Beau!

While I have no particular admiration for Sen. Lieberman, and I certainly don't want HIM to be able to limit what I may and may not access on the internet, I am not particularly happy with YouTube and other open-access websites, either. In fact, YouTube has, at various times, brought us pornography, video lessons in bomb-making, scatological attacks on innocent people and institutions, and various other offenses against standards of decency and good social order.

It would be well that we begin by recognizing that not all speech is "Constitutionally-protected free speech." some speech is both abusive and harmful. What YouTube and other providers should learn is that there is a real need for them to police themselves, because if they fail to do so they will open the door for others, like Lieberman, to impose regulation upon them.

Don't worry about Joe, he is just one step away from the funny farm or nursing home.

I used to have a quote here from Andre Breton, author of several surrealist works.

I now think that if you're here on Propeller ...
