Leave it to our own Federal Bureau of Investigation to document the war crimes committed by our beloved whaz-his-face. I shall forever be in their debt for understanding the letter of law that Bush tried to usurp!
We once were a great nation, created for the betterment of mankind. We shall be again after those who thought they were above the law meet their justice. This should be understood and appreciated by every American, I truly hope so.
Americans ARE NOT the bad-guys, only Bush and Cheney are. I can understand that those who trusted in his words, fellow Republicans, feel that they have taken their precious freedoms away too. I don't fault their anger towards me for this post. No American likes to be lied to... Peace, America, you and I fought for it and we will get it back.

When I insult you, NSD, please feel free to call me anything you feel I deserve. Remember, my fellow American, we once had the freedom to voice opposition to our government. Populist is my cool friend, dude, he didn't lie. Get your damned facts straight before running that mouth of yours while you still have teeth to chew with. Try that garbage on my nasty-ass and I will take it personally.
I noticed you have an American flag to wave. What the hell do you think we fought for? Bush-Ass? Nay, my fellow American, we fought for your ass, AND that flag.

The Republicans think that they are ABOVE the law. Yet when THEY were the ones issuing the subpoenas, NO ONE was suppose to be "above the law".
Rove and the Bush administration and the Republicans are huge HYPOCRITES. They want every thing THEIR way regardless.
Tom Delay himself, and other Republicans, made glorious speeches about the "rule of law" when Clinton was President --
"No man is above the law, and no man is below the law. That's the principle that we all hold very dear in this country."

Gee, I wonder what happened to the passion all of those Republicans had in the 1990s for the "rule of law" and of "truth"?
Oh, I know what it is - they left it all behind when they gained control of the White House and the OTHER party was attempting to uphold the "rule of law".

Robert Parry broke many of the Iran-Contra stories in the 1980s for the Associated Press and Newsweek. His latest book, Neck Deep: The Disastrous Presidency of George W. Bush, was written with two of his sons, Sam and Nat, and can be ordered at neckdeepbook.com. His two previous books, Secrecy & Privilege: The Rise of the Bush Dynasty from Watergate to Iraq and Lost History: Contras, Cocaine, the Press & 'Project Truth' are also available there. Nothing about that evil little man surprises me much.
He and his buddies used to blow up frogs with firecrackers when they were kids.
I'll bet he still wets the bed.

There is an old saying " The apple does not fall far from the tree"
Remember GWs grandfather was a crook---his father was not to be trusted..So what could we expect from Bushface???
All we can do now is make them pay for thier crimes..
Then fine Bush, and Cheny thier net worth..
Impeach them, andlet them die in shame..

Now here's a war crime for you. The South Vietnamese would be taking prisoners in a helicopter to be questioned. First thing they did was put one by the open door and shove him out to his death. Then they would say (to those left) "We want information from you now - speak up!". If no information was forthcoming they would push another out and so on. I would call that torture.
I recall the Japanese putting cigarettes out in allied prisoners' ears and driving bamboo spikes up their nails, among other things they did. That's what I think of when I hear of torture.

When I see populist submitting an article I know it will be a drooling liberal hit piece of junk on Bush or Republicans. Long boring and worthless piece of garbage from the left who spends tediously long hours trying to discredit any Republican. If he's a war criminal where's the esteemed Democratic congress impeachment proceedings? How many of you learned your BS from Mommy and Daddy's paid for education by far left foaming at the mouth liberal professors? I wonder how many of you actually do something productive in your lives? But hey it's fun to read the jaded anti-administration dream world thinking that exists in America today and then put them in their place.

Spoken like a true drooling, blinded, lockstep neocon Republican ....
The Republicans tried to "discredit" Clinton for EIGHT years, and all they could come up with was lying about sex. Sixty or more MILLION dollars was spent on that witch hunt.
But when the shoes are on the other feet and it is the Republicans that are accused of anything, it's totally different.
How "anti-administration" were YOU in the 1990s??
Tom Delay and other Republicans gave grand speeches in Congress in the late 1990s about the "rule of law".
Now those same Republicans - in and out of Congress - SPIT on the "rule of law" because it is convenient for them to disregard it. They are ALL hypocrites.
And you have absolutely no idea what sort of "productive lives" anyone on Propeller lives, so your biased, racist, hateful remarks are inane and ludicrous.

You may be tired of whiners, but guess what, I'm tired of morons. What the hell do you know about the left other than the horror stories told to you by your misinformed, redneck, banjo picking buddies.
I'm a lefty and guess what, I get up every morning at 5:30. I'm at work by 7:00 and put in a 10 hour day that would probably have you sitting in the dirt whining like an 8 year old girl.
I work hard for myself and my family and so do all my friends. The difference is we don't mind living in a country that tries to treat all it's citizens like family instead of strangers.

This is an excellent post!
"FBI agents at Guantanamo even opened a file that they labeled "war crimes" to document the systematic violations of the Geneva Conventions and laws against torture that they witnessed â;; before being told by superiors to close the file."
How did Bush ever get elected? He's committed crimes against people of this country too. People have been told to "shut up" about his crimes. Every time someone shuts up and we let him "get away with it" we lose.

FTA: "The evidence is now overwhelming that Bush knew of â;; and approved of â;; those violations of the rules of war and basic human decency, that the "war crimes" catalogued by the FBI agents could be traced to him."
Bush held accountable a criminal dictator named "Hussein". Will a President named "Hussein" hold a criminal wannabe dictator named Bush accountable?
Now that would be poetic justice, except I expect W. Bush to be the first President in history to pardon himself for his own war crimes before leaving office in Jan09 and call it restoring honor and integrity to the Oval Office. Just what he and Cheney promised!

It's really not surprising that in the aftermath of 9/11 this or any government might get carried away with "enhanced" interrogation techniques.
As with so many other countless issues, the Bushies fail to grasp the fact that it wasn't effective or good for the USA in a broader sense.
This was how we lost the war....

Lost? Even Pelosi is all but declaring it a success. You really haven't a clue what you are talking about.
