How do you negotiate with a government who considers, and daily preaches to its people, that you as a people & nation are Satan, and must be destroyed?
"President Ahmadinejad, could you possibly accept us as being only minor devils, rather than Satan himself? And how about you sell your people on the idea of indentured servitude rather than outright destruction?"
Well, you sure as hell don't accomplish anything by not talking. And with all the saber rattling and threats, all you do is strengthen leaders like Ahmadinejad.
