The ONLY way to wean the Iraqi "leadership" from the American tax-payer teat is to JUST SAY NO.

Five plus years of "training" the Iraqis to ploice their own country and we are where we were five years ago in troop size? JUST SAY NO.

JUST SAY NO to more funds goint to the Iraqi gravy train.

It seems that some the bucks could certainly be spent on healthy, enriched foods (not the give-a-way crap that's currently being thrown at the poor) and further education toward the creation of a healthy/wealthy mindset -with spiritual (not necessarily religious) strength in ones heart. Hey, how about some of the rich internet gurus donating some their million dollar time with an educational 'product launch release' for the poor?... In any case (without making light to this serious situation) you make a 'great' case that our political hierarchy is woefully inept at accomplishing such. What a shame... a crying shame!
