Hamas condemns the Holocaust

Do No Evil – As Palestinians commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Nakba (dispossession and expulsion of most of our people), those still in Palestine face escalating aggression, killings, imprisonment, ethnic cleansing and siege. We are not engaged in religious conflict with Jews; this is political struggle to free us from occupation and oppression

It is rather surprising to us that so little attention, if any, is given by the western media to what is regularly broadcast or written in the Israeli media by politicians and writers demanding the total uprooting or "transfer" of the Palestinian people from their land.

The Israeli media and pro-Israel western press are full of views that deny or seek to excuse well-established facts of history including the Nakba of 1948 and the massacres perpetrated then by the Haganah, the Irgun and LEHI with the objective of forcing a mass dispossession of the Palestinians.

But it should be made clear that neither Hamas nor the Palestinian government in Gaza denies the Nazi Holocaust. The Holocaust was not only a crime against humanity but one of the most abhorrent crimes in modern history. We condemn it as we condemn every abuse of humanity and all forms of discrimination on the basis of religion, race, gender or nationality.

And at the same time as we unreservedly condemn the crimes perpetrated by the Nazis against the Jews of Europe, we categorically reject the exploitation of the Holocaust by the Zionists to justify their crimes and harness international acceptance of the campaign of ethnic cleansing and subjection they have been waging against us - to the point where in February the Israeli deputy defence minister Matan Vilnai threatened the people of Gaza with a "holocaust".

..... After almost a century of Zionist colonial and racist oppression, some Palestinians find it hard to imagine that some of their oppressors are the sons and daughters of those who were themselves oppressed and massacred.

Palestinians had nothing to do with the Holocaust but find themselves punished for someone else's crime. But we are well aware and warmly welcome the outspoken support for Palestinian rights by Israeli and Jewish human rights activists in Palestine and around the world.

We hope that journalists in the west will begin to adopt a more objective approach when covering events in Palestine. The Palestinian people are being killed by Israel's machine of destruction on a daily basis. Nevertheless, we still see a clear bias in favour of Israel in the western media....

Hard to believe what you post when you are a Muslim who, no doubt, believes the world is divided between dar al Islam and dar al harb (the abode of war where a Muslim is allowed to lie to spread the Islamic cause). By the way, behold who hyperbola supports:

It's very interesting that Muslims are allowed to lie in order to spread an Islamic cause. Everywhere in the Middle East, hate and lies are taught in the schools and in the Mosques in order to teach children to hate the Jews. Yet, these same governments that foster the hate and lies do absolutely nothing to help the Palestinians. I honestly think that if you consider how the Islamic religion was actually fostered 1400 years ago, lying was probably one of it's virtues.

It is very interesting that zionists are allowed to lie to spread their racist totalitarianism. It is about time jews got rid of zionism.

Israeli Textbooks and Children's Literature Promote Racism and Hatred Toward Palestinians and Arabs

Israeli school textbooks as well as children's storybooks, according to recent academic studies and surveys, portray Palestinians and Arabs as "murderers," "rioters," "suspicious," and generally backward and unproductive. Direct delegitimization and negative stereotyping of Palestinians and Arabs are the rule rather than the exception in Israeli schoolbooks.

Professor Daniel Bar-Tal of Tel Aviv University studied 124 elementary, middle- and high school textbooks ...

Zionism versus Judaism

Religion รข;; Zionists have managed to unforgivably drag judaism's name through the mud for more than 60 years. Zionism might be a racist, supremacist ideology - but Judaism is most definitely not. The more Jews who make this distinction, the better: both for security of their fellow Jews, as well as to end zionist crimes against Palestinians.

Again, hard to believe you when you talk like a Jihadist who would, no doubt, be following the "dar al harb" view of the world.

Sorry Muta, but I am a 14th generation american, from a family originally of mostly WASP provenence, but like most americans now a mixture of everything, including even russian jews.

I suggest that you are probably a second generation east european immigrant with a racist zionist background who has yet to learn the basic principles of american democracy.

Since you espouse a Jihadist Muslim point of view that is anti-American, anti-Israel, conspiratorial, pro-Palestinian, (ignoring the evil done in the name of Allah and only focussing on the short comings OF the free world that you view as an enemy, it seems), well, it makes me think you could be a Muslim. And, if you are, then you could be the type that feels it's perfectly fine to lie (thanks to surahs 3:28 and 16:106 of the Quran) and sew an anti-America, pro-Jihadist agenda. In otherwords, I'd be lying if I said I could trust your postings. SINCE they clash with mine, I feel they are "al taqqiya". Sorry, but, that's how it smells. It's NOT your fault, hyperbola. The fault lies with surah 3:28 and 16:106 and the whole "dar al harb" concept. It's not your fault AT all that I don't trust you.
