Talk about American tax payers getting screwed...
Blackwater will probabaly receive more reprisal from the Iraqi brothel for the cost of "Viagra Penis" than they will from Congress.
Speaking of "Viagra Penis"...
I understand Bush is trying to get Congress to include this cost in the budget under subcontractors, but I think it should be labeled more openly, like "subcontrators /military industrial intercourse".
