Is this the new "Hallmark" calling card, from the U S? Just a note to say, "Thinking of you, sorry we missed you".
These kinds of attacks are only successful if accuracy and timing are impeccable. Past administrations have been castigated for the same tactics.
My feelings are ambivalent on the use of long arm tactics. Success without collateral casualties is impossible to insure. What is our national response if N.Korea or China commits to the same use of lethal resolution to threats to their security?

but there is another way to look at this, If USA gets involved with Somalia and with Saudi on the other side then 40% of China,s oil imports (from Africa) are blockaded
