Sen. Akaka submits bill for White House to overturn 2 court rulings that favor veterans benefits »
Posted by: bubba2 11 months, 3 weeks agoSen. Daniel Akaka (D-HI) introduced S. 2026 by request from the White House. This bill is pro-VA and very anti-veteran. The VA lost 2 key decisions in Court. And, as the Blue Water Navy case drags on in the Court of Appeals, it looks like the VA is going to lose (the ruling will be upheld). These rulings would be undone if Akaka's bill is passed.
