The radio show host is a stupid person.
You don't call a it a "Christian" crime, if someone who did it was a Christian. Or did someone call Pinochet a "Christian dictator"? Were those USA supported militias who killed tens of thousands of people in the Middle America called as "Christian militants"? Are Nothern Ireland bomb-using religious factions called as "Christian terrorists"? Is George W. Bush called as a "Christian mass murderer"?
You don't have to go so much back in time, when Christian people didn't give human rights to blacks or women. Or when Christian people killed millions of people in worlds wars, most brutally. Blasphemy is still a crime in many Christian countries.
After WWII education and mass media has penetrated western world more than the Middle East: we are better educated now. You should compare Middle East to Europe/USA over a century ago. It's not a religion thing. Both can be cruel.

Actually the Northern Ireland terrorists WERE Christian terrorists. Pinochet was merely a dictator. The militants were anti communist freedom fighters. Bush is a LIBERATOR from tryannical dictators and extremist governments. The wrold wars were not fought on a religious basis, except maybe by the Japanese.
And as to not giving equal rights to women or blacks, that was not all. The founding fathers based a lot of our laws on property rights and that property owners should be the ones who vote on the taxes and other things that affect their property. They were of the opinion at the time, and it was a good one, that people who do not own property should not be voting on taxes to be put upon property and it's owners. People who do not contribute funds to the public coffers, should not be able to vote themselves funds from those coffers.

And who are the ones killing Muslims all ovre the middle east for oil and greed. 1 million muslims are dead over in Iraq, perpetrated by self-proclaimed "christians", like anti-christ pastor hagee and pat robertson, in the name of freedom and democracy we all know as america, despite the fact that America is not a democracy but a republic, and America is anything but free. Hey, tell everyone where the WMD are in Iraq. Go ahead, tell everyone. Where are the wmd?
And that's pretty sad that you say people who don't own land shouldn't have the right to vote. First of all, do you own any land? I highly doubt it if you pay property taxes and don't have the actual property title (and i'm not talking about a copy of it) in your possession. In fact, at any given time, the government can come right in and take your property. also, these same people said all people were created equal, but i guess that just goes right out the window in your double-speak.

"if jews were being discriminated against like this young muslim was"
How was he discriminated against? He was interrupted while he was trying to make his point. That's discrimination?

I don't believe that was done. Maybe you could be more specific? Besides, didn't you write that it was the young man who was discriminated against, not an "entire set of peops"?
"it would be like seeing isreal soldiers using palesteinian children for human sheilds and saying all jews would do things that horrid"
It's stupid to assume that the so-called "Palestinians" would actually care enough about their children that they wouldn't shoot them if they could murder a Jew in the process. But you know that, don't you?

the young man was muslim and the neo con radio host lumped all muslims together
i know palestenians and no they would NOT let their children come to harm...they r good hard working people just like most my neighbors
as to the neo con thing..this guy(radio peop) uses hate instead of logic for that reason alone i wouldnt call him a conservative
but u r correct neo cons is a term i use to lump the new evil together, but i would say they have no working mind and lil or no character

Liberal hate is from the heart so it makes it more just. Since it is just, you should take back your words. We are allowed to call all Republicans neocons because the Huffington Post sent all of us liberals an e-mail that listed that as the number one talking point. Without that, we don't have much. Please don't take it away.

Some truth, but not all of it.
We have encouraged fighting in the Middle East.
The British did the groundwork for a few centuries
before us.
Empire 101 - Divide & Conquer.
eg. Iran-Iraq War.
A war we enjoyed vicariously.
Our money and arms were on Saddam.
That's when he was a good guy because he was ours.
He went bad because he went independent.
We threw him out.
Now we're backing the Sunni's all over again.
We never learn.
eg. Operation Ajax.
The installation of the Shah of Irah.
25 years of brutal dictatorship.
The Iranian Revolution.
The Ayatollah.
The Hostage Crisis.
They may fight each other but we like it that way.
Maybe they'll wake up to that and turn their attentions
to us.
Maybe some of them already have.

I'm not sure this is the question you want to ask, because the answer would likely be, in all honesty, other Muslims.
Other Muslims are the partners of America in crime against the Muslims, other so-call Muslims are hypocrites who invited you to plunder their country by overthrowing Sadam Hussian.

US Constitutioon says a black man is equal to two third of a white man. That is what your founding father did put in the constitution. Thosw who lynched blacks would go to church with the rest of the Christian folks in th emorning and would do their lynching in the evening. US congress rejected many times the call to outlaw lynching. What were the christian folks doing about that then? Zionists have been spreadin gtheir evil in the name of Jews , where are the good decent Jews to protest that? were are the good decent Jews to denounce Zionism and the evil it spreads in the name of Jews? any thoughts on that? Saddam was a US puppet till he becmae a thorn in the eye, it had nothing to do with liberation from dictatorship, US allies in the Arab world are the worst of dictators, 15 out of 19 of 9/11 hijackers were citizens of America's darling Saudi Arabia, to overthrow Saudis would be a good genuine step in gettin grid of dictators. Thanks for reminding us about government lines.

The Constitution does not say anything about the black being two thirds of a white man, you're a really ignorant propagandist. There are those who go to a Christian church who pretend to be a Christian, so what's your point? Hypocrites abound in any organization including your affiliations. Where are the good decent Muslims who denounce the killing of all the innocents around the world? Nowhere, in fact they preach the killing of others as the way to salvation all the time. I normally do not respond to someone of your ilk and this is all you'll hear from me, I'll not engage in conversation such a stupid person as you.

Saudi Arabia has been the closest US ally among the Muslims and continues to be even as of today they teach their 8 graders that Christians and Jews are infidel and it is ok to hurt their lives and properties. US policy's short sighteddness is to blame...Why is it that the worst among Muslims are America's closes ally or at some time have been US clients?but then again lets face it..even as China did a little job in Tenyaman square, US continued and still continues to give them THE MOST FAVORITE NATION STATUS.

In his own idiotic way he is trying to restore peace..
They have proven that there is no civilized way to deal with them, so even though Bush has no clear plan, it is because of their inability to co-exist with humanity that, now, even inocent Muslims are dying..
If Binladen and AlQueda are stopped the world can move forward towards solving its differences. While they exist, EVERYONE suffers...
There are only 2 actions possible:
Force the world to covert to isalm and remove all jews from Israel
OR:
Kill the bastards..

It was "Christians" vs Christians. Those "Christians" haven't invade and occupied those Christians lands for centuries, dictated to their governments what to do and caused the deaths of many. If they had there probably would have been. It looks to me like the conflict was not as obviously polarized as Christian vs Muslim.

Reply-

Indonesia, is the most highly populated Muslim
country in the world.
Terrorist attacks in Indonesia have focused
on Western interests.
Bali is an island of Indonesia.
While it is mostly Hindu, one of the very few
of Indonesia's islands that is, it is a popular
tourist destination for Westerners.
Mostly Australians.
The terrorist attacks in Bali targeted Westerners.
The Philippines is just north east of Indonesia.
It is literally a boat ride away.
Terrorism in the Philippines is mostly in its
southern parts, those that are closest to Indonesia.
In Kenya terrorism targeted, like the others,
Western interests. The US Embassy and the Paradise
Hotel. The latter was popular with Israeli tourists.
In all those examples, which may look like a lot
but is mostly Indonesia and then The Philippines
and Kenya, terrorisms attacks have been aimed at
Westerners, mainly American interests.
So your question what did they do to Muslims
doesn't make sense.

Indonesia also happens to be a former
Dutch colony. The US supported the
overthrow of its first independent
president, Sukarno, and the installation
of its first not so independent dictator,
Suharto. During the coup, many died.
The Philippines is a former Spanish colony,
and remains something of a US colony today.
Kenya is a former British colony.
I believe the colonization of these places
by Western interests and the hangover of
that legacy that continues today is also
relevant.

It's hard to find anything good about blowing up western interests, killing Aussies, Americans, Israelis, Dutch and lots of others as "collateral damage". Leave it to you to find something "good" and justified about such terrorism.
The Phillipines is an independent country. They still remember being saved by American troops from Imperial Japan. If a country is friendly with another that doesn't make them "something of a colony", it just makes them an ally. The Dutch lost control over Indonesia long ago. Sukarno was a ruthless dictator. I know his former head of national police. The AK-47 was the answer to every problem.
Re: Former colonies. So if giving independence to all those former colonies results in such terrorism instead of developing themselves and moving on, then perhaps they shouldn't have let them go.

It's not a question of 'good'
it's a question of understanding.
Something you lack.
After the defeat of Japan,
American forces turned on the
Filipino communists who, up until
that time, had fought alongside
the US against Japan. They were
slaughtered. It was 'independence'
determined by Washington.
The Dutch lost control of
Indonesia during WW2. They tried
to regain in the post-war period
but failed. It was not 'liberated'
by the US. It was independent until
1965 and, because Sukarno showed
sympathies to the communists, the
US backed a much more brutal and
repressive ruler in Suharto. The
difference is that he, like so many
other despots including Saddam, was
armed, funded and supported by
the US. We just stepped aside
and let him slaughter communists
across all of Indonesia's
islands with our support.
In the same way they were
slaughtered across The
Philippines.
Your concept of 'liberation'
is nothing but imperialism.
It is pure hypocrisy.

Presidents in The Philippines
come with US approval or they
just don't last. Ferdinand
Marcos was one of the most
wasteful, undemocratic and
corrupt presidents in their
history but because he had
Washington's full support
he wasn't going anywhere.
He and his idiot wife lived
the high life while Filipinos
lived in abject poverty.
Even now, because of this
raping of the country's
coffers The Philippines
is one of the most impoverished
and weakest economies in
Asia. A third world economy
that is barely sustained by its
women who service the entire
region and the Middle East
as housekeepers and hookers.
The latter tending to the
US Fleet when it floats into
any town in the region.
But of course, they are a
loyal ally and that's all
that really matters.

validate your driveling nonsense.
You better start re-writing the history of
the world to indoctrinate the human race
with. Do it pronto.
Someone else could call you out on your
efforts to make up stories to justify your
bigoted ignorance.
The point I thought I had made clear
in my comments was that they are not
using terrorism to advance their religion.
How can terrorism advance a religious
belief system? This is propaganda for idiots.
They are using it to liberate themselves
of Western imperialism. Their religion,
at least that of the extremists, is what unites
them. It is something they have in common
that they don't have to or want to share with
Westerners. In particular, Americans.
They define themselve by rejecting American
hegemony. Religion, culture, language
and race are a part of this rejection.
This kind of thing has happened many times
in history.

They do this to empower themselves.
They believe they are defining their
own image. They don't accept
one defined by a Western/ American
perspective in which they must see
themselves as inferior in every possible
sense. So rather than accept this cloak
of inferiority, a consequence of the
burden of an Imperialism not of their
choosing or making, they have rejected it.
Unfortunately this has inevitably led to
the violence we now describe as terrorism.
You believe they are trying to take over
the world. They believe we are trying to
do the same and they are trying to liberate
themselves from it. Either way, it will
not end well for either side if these points
are not at least acknowledged.

They move in like roaches and multiply with the plan to assimulate in order to immigrate, overpopulate and then
eventually, as the tests go out and the numbers get better
SMASH the government and do what the Taliban did..
Destroy 1,400 years of Buddhist culture, prevent Sikhs and Hindus from gathering, of course remove all Christians and get the remaining 10 Jews out and blame it all on them...

You'd think as someone of European descent you'd be really quiet about who destroyed more cultures in comparison, but I guess looking in your own backyard is not one of your stronger suits.
Did you really complain this loudly when Indonesia under Suharto regime was conducting genocide in East Timor with American and Australian support?
And did you know that there are a lot more Christians in Indonesia, majority Muslim country than Muslims in US? Who's more tolerant? US doesn't even accept refugees from Iraq who are fleeing the country because of the effects of American occupation.

Islam has been commandeered by evil power hungry haters.
The 70% that actually practice it for their beliefs are too afraid to separate themselves from it. The remaining 20-30%
have some undercurrent of hatred toward the white man or the jew and are complacent about whatever happens because they figure they can't lose.
They are a sad lot and eventually will have to be called out on whether their commitment is to a painful and barbaric effort to convert the world or to human decency.
Or they will be looked at as a cult!
2,000 years ago the Romans first saw Christians as a nuisance, then they became criminals, then they were
looked at as a growing cult and eventually their armies
were so spread out from chasing them they had to create the Vatican to redefine and gain control of Christianity.
It is no coincidence that the vatican is part of Italy.
The Muslims are a violent modern day version of
a "cult" out of control, because NO religion would permit
such violence.

The reason engineer said there are 1.2 billion Muslims is to give you some idea just how much difference of thought and opinion may be represented by 1.2 billion people. 1.2 billion people. Now you think you've beaten this point by comparing the classification of Muslim with neocon. That means you have compared the diversity represented by 1.2 billion people with how many? A few hundred at best? I think it is actually quite easy to classify a Neocon because there really aren't that many of them, even if they weild so much more power and control than 1.2 billion Muslims. The fact that so few are able to affect so many already provides a clue to a major source of the problem. I know this is probably all a bit difficult for you to understand.
