Dec. 20, 2006, 4:43 p.m.All scientifically valid theories should be taught. However, when it comes to the diversity of species, there is only one scientifically valid theory: evolution. Everything else is conjecture based on zero evidence and pseudo-scientific reasoning.
Putting Intelligent Design alongside evolution is like putting astrology on equal footing with astronomy.
Please investigate the way science uses the word "theory" vs. common usage. Evolution is both fact and theory.
