It has happened here on numerous occasions. If you don't want it to go everywere you shouldn't put it into an email. If there is any dirt in it somone will pass it along and then it gets out of hand.
Usually it is limited to within companies that this has happened. Haven't seen where it has gone over the whole country here yet.
